Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, everything working, no card and no account. After that a key costs $9.99 once and never expires.
Where do I enter the key after I buy?
Open the panel, press the gear, and paste it into the Licence box. It activates straight away, whether your trial is still running or has already ended. The key arrives by email after you pay.
How many PCs does one key cover?
3. Replacing a machine? Open Settings on the old one and press Deactivate this PC to free the slot.
Using it
Does it open RAR as well as ZIP?
Yes. RAR uses the same hotkey and panel as ZIP, with nothing extra to install.
Can it create or compress archives?
No. EasyUnZip only extracts ZIP and RAR archives.
Which versions of Windows are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, on 64-bit PCs. Windows only. The current release is v0.2.0.

Where do I install EasyUnZip?
Open EasyUnZip in the Microsoft Store to install it. Windows handles the installation and adds the app to your installed apps.
How does EasyUnZip update?
The Microsoft Store delivers EasyUnZip updates. Open Microsoft Store > Library to check for updates, or leave automatic app updates enabled.
What leaves my PC?
Archive contents, file names, extraction paths and passwords stay on your PC. Starting the trial or activating a key sends the app version and an app-scoped device identifier to the licensing service. The privacy page explains the details.
